Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb candied pineapple
  • 1/2 lb pitted dates
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 lb chopped pecans
  • 4 oz coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Combine candied cherries, candied pineapple, pitted dates, and flour in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add chopped pecans, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk to the mixture.
  3. Mix all ingredients well until thoroughly combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 30 minutes until lightly golden.
