Fruited Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • 8 c. shredded cabbage
  • 4 medium apples, cored and diced (4 c.)
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 2 c. seedless green or red grapes
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton orange yogurt
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cabbage, apples, oranges and grapes.
  2. Then in separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise and celery salt.
  3. Pour over cabbage mixture in bowl; toss well.
  4. Apply seal; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  5. Sprinkle with pecans if desired. Makes 20 servings.
