Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup instant long-grain rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped tropical dried fruit

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add butter and next 4 ingredients; stir gently. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Add cilantro, and fluff with a fork.
