Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold skim milk
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 medium orange with peel, quartered or 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen, unsweetened) or 1 medium peach, peeled, pitted and quartered

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender container in the order given.
  2. Blend at high speed for one minute.
