- Remove crust from bread and cut into 1-inch squares.
- Thinly slice frankfurters on the diagonal.
- Arrange half of the bread cubes in a well-buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the frankfurters, green onions, and shredded Cheddar cheese over the bread.
- Repeat the layers with remaining bread, frankfurters, onions, and cheese.
- In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, garlic salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered bread, cheese, and frankfurters.
- Dust the top with paprika.
- Add more milk if the mixture does not cover the ingredients.
- Cover and chill overnight before baking.
