Instructions
- Drain the pineapple slices and reserve 4 whole rings.
- Chop the remaining pineapple into quarters.
- Combine pineapple quarters, drained pork and beans, cooked bacon, ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, diced sauteed onion, cloves, and garlic in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake until heated through and bubbly, about 15-20 minutes.
- Place the reserved pineapple rings on top of the casserole and sprinkle with additional brown sugar.
- Bake for an additional five minutes, or until the pineapple rings are browned and caramelized.
