A hearty frypan meal featuring seasoned sausage, sliced potatoes and vegetables, simmered in tomato soup and juice for a comforting, flavorful dish perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. link sausage
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice

Instructions

  1. Brown the link sausage in a frypan.
  2. Layer sliced potatoes over the sausage.
  3. Add a layer of sliced onions on top of the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle chopped green peppers and carrots, then pour in the can of tomato soup and tomato juice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes, or place in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 45 minutes.
