Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 medium onion, cut in strips
  • 1 qt. coarsely cut cabbage
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 medium green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 ear fresh corn, cut and scraped
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Into skillet put all ingredients.
  2. Cook on moderate heat until tender-crisp.
