Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Place butter and cocoa in the microwave on High for 1 minute until the butter melts. Set aside.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Add the butter mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
  4. Add flour, cinnamon, and chopped pecans to the mixture and stir until blended.
  5. Place the batter in paper cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  6. Sprinkle each muffin with 6 to 8 chocolate morsels.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
