Creamy and rich fudge with chocolate or butterscotch flavors, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings and sharing at gatherings or as a homemade treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 10 marshmallows
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large bag chocolate or butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Bring sugar, evaporated milk, and marshmallows to a boil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  2. Boil for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and add margarine, vanilla, and chocolate or butterscotch chips.
  4. Stir until the chips are melted and smooth.
  5. Add chopped nuts if desired.
  6. Pour the mixture onto a buttered plate and let it cool before cutting into squares.
