Ingredients

  • 4 blocks semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup melted margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine and semi-sweet chocolate in a pan.
  2. Beat in sugar, salt, and flour until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 24-cup muffin pan.
  6. Bake in a 325°F oven for 25 minutes.
