Ingredients

  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup buttermilk or 2 tablespoons vinegar in milk
  • 8 or 12 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 small can pineapple or fruit, drained
  • 1 package Fudge Stripped cookies

Instructions

  1. Mix the instant vanilla pudding with buttermilk or vinegar in milk until smooth.
  2. Add the whipped topping and drained fruit to the pudding mixture and gently fold together.
  3. Crumble three-quarters of the Fudge Stripped cookies into the mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Crumble the remaining cookies and layer them on top of the dessert before serving.
