Instructions
- Mix together flour, margarine and chopped nuts and spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix cream cheese, half Cool Whip and sugar and spread over cooled nut mixture.
