Ingredients

  • 6 slices toast
  • 1 large package frozen asparagus
  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Place the toast slices in a large shallow casserole dish.
  2. Cook the frozen asparagus according to the package directions.
  3. Layer alternating pieces of cooked chicken and cooked asparagus over the toast.
  4. Mix the cream of chicken soup with water until smooth and pour over the layered ingredients.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, top with cheese, and bake until cheese is melted.
