Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
  • 4 cups milk
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 cups small noodles
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages chopped broccoli, frozen
  • onion flakes

Instructions

  1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the chicken bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the small noodles, chopped broccoli, Velveeta cheese, milk, pepper, and onion flakes.
  4. Cook until the noodles are tender and the cheese has melted, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. For a thicker soup, add more noodles and cheese as desired.
