Ingredients

  • 2 (24 count) packages frozen cheese blintzes
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice or concentrate
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Butter the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Dip the frozen cheese blintzes in melted butter.
  3. In a blender, mix sugar, vanilla, sour cream, eggs, and orange juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the blended mixture over the buttered blintzes in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
