Instructions
- Place the pot roast in a covered baking dish.
- Add beef broth, Italian dressing mix, water, oregano, and pepperoncini to the dish.
- Cover and bake at 275°F for 5 hours until the meat is tender.
- Remove the meat from the pan and shred it.
- Return the shredded meat to the pan, add pepperoncini and mushrooms.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
