Ingredients

  • 8 oz. plain non-fat yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. light salad dressing
  • 3 Tbsp. carrot, finely shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the plain non-fat yogurt and light salad dressing in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the finely shredded carrot, minced onion, minced garlic, dried dill weed, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
