Ingredients

  • 2 c. baking mix
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Mix baking mix, shredded Cheddar cheese, and milk until soft dough forms.
  3. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.
  6. Mix melted butter and garlic powder; spoon over biscuits.
