Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shrimp
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. In a pan, melt the margarine.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and chopped parsley.
  4. Place shrimp in the pan, turning to coat with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Broil the shrimp for 3 minutes.
  6. Turn the shrimp over and broil for an additional 3 minutes or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately.
