Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 small chicken breasts, boned and pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
  • 3 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup skim milk

Instructions

  1. Combine oleo, chopped chives, and garlic powder in a mixture.
  2. Spread the mixture inside the pounded chicken breasts and insert sliced crushed corn flakes.
  3. Secure the chicken with toothpicks, then coat the outside with crushed corn flakes.
  4. Bake in a 425°F oven for 35 minutes uncovered until golden and cooked through.
