Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large food processor with a chopping blade, process parsley, thyme, basil, tarragon, and garlic until finely chopped.
  2. Add cream cheese, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar; process until well mixed and creamy.
  3. Line a 1 1/4-quart plastic container or shallow bowl with plastic wrap.
  4. Spread the herb cheese into the container and refrigerate.
  5. To serve, uncover the container and invert the cheese onto a serving board or plate.
  6. Remove the container and plastic wrap. With a small spatula or knife, smooth the surface and garnish with fresh herbs.
