Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans), divided in half
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, crushed pineapple, half of the chopped nuts, green pepper, onion, and seasoned salt to form a ball.
  2. Save the remaining pecans to roll the finished ball in. It tastes better if made a day ahead.
