Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Place shrimp in a large plastic bag; add soy sauce, garlic, and vegetable oil.
  2. Close the bag and shake well to coat the shrimp evenly.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain the shrimp and alternately thread shrimp and green onion pieces onto skewers.
  5. Cook on a grill or broil in the oven 5 inches from heat until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
