Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 red tomatoes
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • garlic salt
  • 6 Tbsp. crushed oregano
  • 1 c. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into four squares each.
  2. Crush the garlic cloves.
  3. Add garlic salt to taste.
  4. Mix in crushed oregano and 1 cup of olive oil, adjusting to 1 1/2 cups if desired for texture.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
  6. Serve with Italian bread.
