A hearty pork casserole featuring tender pork chops, creamy mushroom soup, peas, and noodles, perfect for comforting family dinners and satisfying meat lovers.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium pork chops
  • 1/8 cup cooking oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 quarts water
  • 16 ounces noodles
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans mushroom soup
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can peas

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt over pork chops and fry in cooking oil until browned.
  2. Set pork chops aside to cool.
  3. In a large pan, cook noodles in water until tender.
  4. Drain the noodles.
  5. Add mushroom soup and peas to the noodles and simmer.
  6. Chop the cooked pork chops into chunks and add to the casserole.
  7. Cook an additional ten minutes on low heat.
  8. Serve hot.
