Ingredients

  • 2 baking potatoes
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 to 3 medium yellow squash
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 to 5 strips bacon
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut all vegetables into small, bite-size pieces, ensuring potatoes are sliced thin.
  2. Prepare a large piece of aluminum foil and fold it to form a sealed 'bag'.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables, chopped bacon strips, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper into the foil bag.
  4. Seal the foil and place on a hot grill.
  5. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, turning the foil bag over once during cooking, until potatoes are tender.
