- Mix ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. In a saucepan, mix tomato soup, water, sauce, caraway seed and flour to thicken. Simmer. Put the whole head of cabbage in a large pot half filled with water.
- Boil until crisp-tender. Drain and peel away leaves.
- Spread leaved open and roll meat into cabbage rolls.
- Place in pan and pour sauce over rolls.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
