Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken, cut up
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 can lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 3/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3/4 cup chunk pineapple, drained
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut in strips

Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken in a skillet with oil, salt, pepper, and a little butter.
  2. Once browned, place the chicken in a baking dish.
  3. Pour the remaining ingredients over the chicken in the order given: lemonade concentrate, crushed pineapple, chunk pineapple, and green bell pepper strips.
  4. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
