Ingredients

  • 5 lb. white potatoes
  • 4 cans mushroom soup
  • 3 lb. hamburger
  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 8 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 large onion

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and carrots.
  2. Parboil potatoes and carrots for 20 minutes.
  3. Brown hamburger with onions and drain.
  4. In a greased dish, layer potatoes, then carrots, then hamburger and onions.
  5. Mix 2 tablespoons of ketchup with each can of mushroom soup.
  6. Pour the mushroom soup mixture over the layered ingredients.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
