Ingredients

  • 1 small zucchini, cubed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. catsup

Instructions
