Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Set the whites of the eggs aside.
  3. Mash all the yolks with a fork.
  4. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, salt, prepared mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  5. Refill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Heap the filling up slightly.
  7. Garnish the deviled eggs with parsley or sprinkle with paprika.
