Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) prepared pie crust
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. ground sage
  • 3 lb. boneless precooked ham

Instructions

  1. Cut out the corners of the pie crust to form a cross.
  2. Brush the crust with beaten egg and sprinkle with parsley flakes, dry mustard, and ground sage.
  3. Place the ham on the center of the cross and fold up the sides of the crust to cover the ham.
  4. Pinch the edges to seal the crust around the ham.
  5. Brush the top of the crust with beaten egg.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown.
