Ingredients

  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can shoe peg or white corn
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
  • 2/3 cup Cheez Its crushed
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar

Instructions

  1. Combine peas, corn, wax beans, cream of celery soup, chopped onion, grated Cheddar, chopped celery, and sour cream in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle crushed Cheez Its and additional grated Cheddar over the top of the casserole.
  4. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the entire casserole.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
