  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel
  • 2 cups orange juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over the carrots.
  2. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, until tender.
