Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 can vegetable broth
  • 3 oz. pkg. beef Ramen noodles
  • 3 c. frozen broccoli stir fry vegetable mix

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot, then pour off the drippings.
  2. Add salt, ground ginger, and pepper to the beef.
  3. Stir in water, vegetable broth, and the seasoning package from the noodles. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in frozen broccoli and broken-up ramen noodles.
  5. Return to a boil and cook until the noodles are tender.
  6. Serve hot.
