- Slice the round steak into very thin slices and soak in half a bottle of soy sauce and a dash of flour for about 30 minutes.
- Set your electric skillet on high heat without adding oil.
- Stir-fry the steak until tender.
- Add sliced mushrooms, chopped onions, and sliced green peppers and cook until the vegetables soften.
- Add about 4 cups of water and a full bottle of lite soy sauce to the skillet.
- Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked Minute rice.
