Soy Sauce Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. round steak
  • 6 to 8 fresh mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 1/2 bottles soy sauce (lite)
  • dash of flour
  • Minute rice

Instructions

  1. Slice the round steak into very thin slices and soak in half a bottle of soy sauce and a dash of flour for about 30 minutes.
  2. Set your electric skillet on high heat without adding oil.
  3. Stir-fry the steak until tender.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms, chopped onions, and sliced green peppers and cook until the vegetables soften.
  5. Add about 4 cups of water and a full bottle of lite soy sauce to the skillet.
  6. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked Minute rice.
