Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. ginger ale
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. ginger

Instructions

  1. Place the stew meat in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix mushroom soup, ginger ale, chopped onion, canned mushrooms, and ginger together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the meat.
  4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Stir occasionally during cooking.
