Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 4 teaspoons dried red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Add water to thin, if necessary.
  2. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Serve peanut dip with fresh vegetables.
