Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 1/3 cups white bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in pan according to machine directions.
  2. Use medium crust setting, or equivalent on your machine.
