- Cook for 1 minute.
- In a measuring cup, stir pineapple juice, cornstarch, rice wine or cider vinegar, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Add the mixture to the wok.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add the cooked shrimp back into the wok.
- Cook for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
