Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. tofu
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger or 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
  • granulated garlic
  • soy sauce or tamari

Instructions

  1. Drain the tofu, rinse, dry on a towel, and cut into 1/2 to 1-inch cubes.
  2. Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a wok or skillet until quite hot.
  3. Add the tofu to the hot oil.
  4. Fry the tofu until lightly golden.
  5. Lower the heat.
  6. Add ground or fresh ginger, garlic, and a splash of soy sauce or tamari if desired.
  7. Serve as is or add to stir-fried vegetables.
