Instructions
- Slice all vegetables very thin.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of salt over the vegetables.
- Set aside for 1 or 2 hours.
- Drain off water.
- Mix 3/4 cup of sugar, vinegar, and celery seed and pour over vegetables.
- Refrigerate before eating.
