Ingredients

  • 2 slices fully cooked center-cut smoked ham (1-inch thick, about 3 1/2 lb.)
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves (reserve syrup)
  • 3 tablespoons orange flavored liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the ham slices 1/4-inch deep in a diamond pattern.
  2. Place the ham in an ungreased jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch).
  3. Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, dry mustard, and ground allspice to make the glaze.
  4. Add enough peach syrup to the mixture to make a paste, about 1 tablespoon.
  5. Spread the glaze over the ham slices.
  6. Bake uncovered in a 325°F oven for 30 minutes.
