- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place approximately 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet or an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan.
- Put the pan in the hot oven until the oil is hot.
- Tilt the pan to coat the bottom evenly with oil.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the hot, greased pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
