Ingredients

  • 8 slices cooked gluten
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable salt
  • tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal

Instructions

  1. Roll gluten slices in a mixture of cornmeal, vegetable salt, and garlic.
  2. Brown the coated gluten slices in vegetable oil in a frying pan until golden.
  3. Place the browned cutlets in a buttered baking pan.
  4. Top the cutlets with tomato soup, and add mozzarella cheese if desired.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
