Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 milk chocolate candy bars, chopped
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and instant vanilla pudding.
  3. Add vegetable oil, water, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
  4. Fold in sour cream, chopped milk chocolate candy bars, chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
