  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup Spry
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan and grease it lightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  4. Add Spry (or butter), milk, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients.
  5. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
