Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend on high for 15 seconds.
  3. Pour into greased pie pan.
  4. Bake in 350° oven for 50 minutes.
