Ingredients

  • 2 c. macaroni
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. broccoli

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli until tender, then put in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. On low heat, melt the Cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add cooked macaroni, processed broccoli, milk, and butter to the cheese and stir well to combine.
